Katia is the founder of Block-333, a boutique consultancy advising early-stage startups on cross-border growth and fundraising.

She serves as an Execution Partner for the Emerging Tech (AI, Web3, Quantum) Innovation Lab at 1871, building vital ecosystem bridges between founders, investors, and accelerators. Specializing in transatlantic expansion, Katia bridges the gap for EMEA startups entering the US market.

Her strategic edge is anchored in a decade of leading commercial strategy for Big Tech clients at a global marketing and growth consultancy, combined with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Having lived across Central Europe and the UK, she is currently based in New York City.
