Our Team

Katia is the founder of Block-333 - a boutique consultancy inspired by her admiration for brave founders and the world of entrepreneurship.

Katia is an Execution Partner to the Emerging Tech (AI & Web3) Innovation Lab at 1871 – Chicago’s premier entrepreneurship center. In this role, she is involved in building relationships with key investors, accelerators, influencers, and entrepreneur communities.

She actively mentors emerging tech startups on both sides of the Atlantic, with particular focus on early-stage EMEA startups and their go-to-market strategy and fundraising in the United States.

Katia has spent more than 10 years in customer success and commercial strategy roles at a global marketing data firm, with with Big Tech clients. Having spent 8 years in the US, she is currently based in London, UK and has previously lived in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.

She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
